Section 292.426 - Tax court judge(1) The annual salary of the judge of the Oregon Tax Court shall be $146,048 for the period beginning on January 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2020.(2) On July 1, 2020, the annual salary of the judge of the Oregon Tax Court, as adjusted under ORS 292.428, shall be increased by $5,000.Amended by 2019 Ch. 643,§ 18, eff. 8/9/2019.Amended by 2018 Ch. 98,§ 22, eff. 4/10/2018.Amended by 2016 Ch. 118,§ 14, eff. 4/4/2016.
