Section 285A.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Housing infrastructure support fund(1) The Housing Infrastructure Support Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.(2) The Housing Infrastructure Support Fund consists of moneys appropriated, allocated, deposited or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly or otherwise.(3) Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund.(4) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Business Development Department to administer the fund and to implement section 13 of this 2024 Act.Added by 2024 Ch. 110,§ 14, eff. 6/6/2024.
