Section 280.424 - Bond-financed single room occupancy rental housing to conform with federal law

Single room occupancy rental housing financed with bonds authorized by ORS 280.410, 280.415, 280.422 to 280.425 and 280.431 must conform to the requirements of the Federal Mortgage Subsidy Bond Tax Act of 1980.
