Section 247.410 - Eligibility to vote for President or Vice President, or electors, onlyA person who is qualified to register, except that the person will have resided in this state less than 20 days before the election, may vote in the election for candidates for nomination or election for President or Vice President of the United States or elector of President and Vice President of the United States if the person:
