Section 227.020 - Authority to create planning commission(1) A city may create a planning commission for the city and provide for its organization and operations.(2) This section shall be liberally construed and shall include the authority to create a joint planning commission and to utilize an intergovernmental agency for planning as authorized by ORS 190.003 to 190.130.
