Section 192.492 - Notification of change to public records laws

The Legislative Counsel shall notify the Legislative Counsel Committee, or its designee, and the Oregon Sunshine Committee if a measure that changes an exemption from disclosure for public records or existing standards of disclosure for public records is introduced.
