Section 183.453 - Representation of Oregon Health Authority and Department of Human Services at contested case hearings

The Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Human Services may be represented at contested case hearings by an officer or employee of either the authority or the department, subject to the requirements of ORS 183.452.
