Section 181A.075 - Instruction; rules and regulations for discipline and control
The Superintendent of State Police shall:
(1) Provide the necessary preliminary and subsequent instruction to recruits and troopers as to their duties as police officers of the state.(2) Make rules and regulations for the discipline and control of the state police.
