Section 181A.040 - Powers and duties of deputy superintendent
The Deputy Superintendent of State Police shall:
(1) Act as the head of the Department of State Police in the absence or incapacity of the Superintendent of State Police; and(2) Perform such duties as the superintendent prescribes.
