Section 173.505 - Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund(1) The Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Legislative Administration Committee for payment of operating expenses of the Oregon State Capitol Foundation.(2) The Legislative Administration Committee may solicit and accept gifts, grants and donations from the Oregon State Capitol Foundation and other public and private sources for the purposes of payment of operating expenses of the Oregon State Capitol Foundation. Moneys received by the committee under this subsection must be deposited into the Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund.
