Section 144.622 - "Parole" and "parolee" defined for Uniform Act for Out-of-State Supervision

For purposes of ORS 144.610 and 144.613 to 144.617, "parole" includes but is not limited to post-prison supervision, and "parolee" includes but is not limited to persons on post-prison supervision under rules adopted by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.
