Section 100.430 - Unit deeds; contentsThe deed of a unit shall contain:
(1) The name of the property, and the recording index numbers and date of recording of the declaration and in the case of a staged or flexible condominium, the applicable supplemental declaration or declaration amendment.(2) The unit designation of the unit.(3) Any further details the grantor and grantee may consider desirable.
