Section 9.635 - Sources of client security fundA client security fund may include:
(1) Transfers by the board of governors from other funds of the state bar;(2) Voluntary contributions and payments by members under ORS 9.645;(3) Claims recovered under ORS 9.665; and(4) Income from investments of the fund.
