Section 9.705 - Definitions for ORS 9.705 to 9.757As used in ORS 9.705 to 9.757:
(1) "Affected member" means a member or former member of the Oregon State Bar whose law practice is placed within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.720 or as to whom a petition has been filed to place such law practice within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.715.(2) "Law practice" means a practice conducted by an individual, a partnership or a professional corporation.Amended by 2023 Ch. 72,§ 20, eff. 1/1/2024.Amended by 2015 Ch. 6, § 1, eff. 3/12/2015.1979 c.252 §2; 1985 c.512 §4; 1989 c.1052 §15
