Section 5063.24 - Publication and distribution of information - Interagency agreementsA. The Department of Agriculture shall provide for the publication and statewide distribution to the public of information regarding the Beginning Agricultural Producer Pool Program provided for in Section 2 of this act.B. The Department of Agriculture and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority may enter into interagency agreements necessary to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Beginning Agricultural Producer Pool Act.Okla.
