Section 1210.452 - Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts Revolving Fund
A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts, to be designated the "Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the board of trustees of the Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts, from all sources. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the board of trustees for the purpose of developing the Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
B. The Oklahoma School for the Visual and Performing Arts Revolving Fund shall not receive any state-appropriated dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
