Section 4-107 - Neglect of Duty - Punishment

Every county superintendent of schools who shall neglect or refuse to perform any act which it is his duty to perform or who shall corruptly or oppressively perform such duties shall forfeit his office and be liable on his official bond for damages occasioned thereby.
