Section 3-121 - Apportionment of certain administrative and support function fundsA portion of the funds appropriated to the State Board of Education for the Administrative and Support Functions of the State Department of Education shall be expended for:
1. The cost involved in administering, scoring, reporting and other incidental duties necessary to accomplish the provisions of the Oklahoma School Testing Program Act;2. Preschool deaf education programs operated by the State Department of Education; and3. Conducting training workshops for administrative personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-101.10 of this title.Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 3-121
