The section of State Highway 30 beginning just north of the intersection of E 1060 Road extending north to the intersection of State Highway 47 in Roger Mills County shall be designated as the "MSgt. JW Easterling Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
