Section 5028.1 - Request for information for care coordination models for newborns through children 18 years of ageA. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, with assistance from the Department of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, shall initiate a request for information for care coordination models for newborns through children eighteen (18) years of age in the custody of the Department of Human Services. B. Any request for information shall require consideration of and incorporate efforts to continue the implementation of relevant initiatives as provided by the Master Settlement Agreement ("Pinnacle Plan") and administered by the Department of Human Services.C. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, with assistance from the Department of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, shall provide a summary of the request for information responses to the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the Governor on or before January 1, 2018.D. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this section.Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 5028.1
