Execution of an advance directive by an individual, which provides for the provision, withholding, or withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment for that individual or for the appointment of another to give directions to provide, withhold, or withdraw life-sustaining treatment, executed in another state in compliance with the law of that state or of this state is valid for purposes of the Oklahoma Advance Directive Act to the extent the advance directive does not exceed authorizations allowed under the laws of this state;
provided, that no such advance directive shall be deemed to authorize the withholding or withdrawal of artificially administered nutrition and/or hydration unless it specifically authorizes such withholding or withdrawal of artificially administered nutrition and/or hydration, and either the advance directive:
