Section 1-723 - Primary Health Care Development Revolving FundA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the State Department of Health to be designated the "Primary Health Care Development Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of appropriations, grants, gifts and other money obtained pursuant to this act.B. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health for the enhancement and establishment of federally qualified health centers or federally qualified look-alike community health centers, as defined by 42 U.S.C., Section 13986d(1)(2)(B).C. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.Okla.
