Section 6.8 - Depositions and Discovery(a) Depositions may be taken and read, and documents and things may be required to be produced for inspection and/or copying, in the same manner as in civil cases;(b) Upon written request made fifteen (15) days before the trial of the cause, the respondent or his attorney shall be given the names and addresses of witnesses to be used by the prosecution; and(c) The General Counsel, with the approval of the Professional Responsibility Commission, shall have the authority to enter into stipulations of fact and law concerning a formal complaint against a respondent lawyer, and a recommendation as to discipline to be imposed.Okla.
