Section 46.45 - [Effective 90 days after the end of the 2024 legislative session] Personal privilege - Registration nontransferable The privilege of engaging in practice as a licensed interior designer is personal based upon the qualifications of the individual and evidenced by the individual's license. The license is not transferable.
