Section 46.20 - [Effective Until 90 days after the end of the 2024 legislative session] Annual reportAt the close of each fiscal year, the Board shall make a full report of its proceedings during the year to the Governor and shall pay into the General Revenue Fund of the state ten percent (10%) of all license, registration, certificate of authority and certificate of title issuance and renewal fees collected and received during the fiscal year.
