Upon the enactment of any ordinance, rule or regulation adopted in conformity with this act, the municipality or political subdivision is authorized to investigate and enforce the ordinance, rule, or regulation on public property, or private property where the public is invited such as, but not limited to, the following:
1. Places of lodging including, but not limited to, inns, hotels, and motels;2. Establishments serving food or drink including, but not limited to, restaurants and bars;3. Places of exhibition or entertainment including, but not limited to, motion picture houses, theaters, concert halls, and stadiums;4. Places of public gathering including, but not limited to, auditoriums, convention centers, and lecture halls;5. Sales or rental establishments including, but not limited to, bakeries, grocery stores, hardware stores, and shopping centers;6. Service establishments including, but not limited to, laundromats, dry cleaners, banks, barber shops, beauty shops, travel services, shoe repair services, funeral parlors, gas stations, offices of accountants or lawyers, pharmacies, insurance offices, professional offices of health care providers, and hospitals;7. Public transportation terminals, depots, or stations, not including facilities relating to air transportation;8. Places of public display or collection including, but not limited to, museums, libraries, and galleries;9. Places of recreation including, but not limited to, parks, zoos, and amusement parks;10. Places of education including, but not limited to, nursery schools, elementary, secondary, undergraduate, or postgraduate private schools;11. Social service center establishments including, but not limited to, day care centers, senior citizen centers, homeless shelters, food banks, and adoption agencies; or12. Places of exercise or recreation including, but not limited to, gymnasiums, health spas, bowling alleys, and golf courses.Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 15-116
