Section 11-1107 - Coasting prohibited(a) The driver of any motor vehicle when traveling upon a down grade shall not coast with the gears of such vehicle in neutral.(b) The driver of any motor vehicle when traveling upon a down grade shall not coast with the clutch disengaged.Okla.
