Section 2-303 - Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Revolving FundA.1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to be designated the "Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Revolving Fund".2. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of monies received by each facility and office of the Department as: a. reimbursements from persons and agencies for the care of consumers,b. reimbursements from other state agencies and entities of government,c. all reimbursements received by the Department from the United States government or pursuant to proceedings in district court to enforce claims for the cost of care and treatment of consumers,d. earnings and proceeds in the conduct and management of the dairy, farm, truck, garden, livestock and any industries of such facilities,e. receipts from sale of excess byproducts, excess property and salvage items,g. gifts, donations and bequests, andh. receipts from other ancillary services, not otherwise provided by law.B.1. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for the general operating expenses of facilities and offices of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.2. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.Okla.
