Section 3-6-101 - Creation of grant program for entities utilizing sequestration of carbon captured from production of hydrogen from natural gas

The office of the Secretary of Energy and Environment shall create and administer a grant program for entities utilizing sequestration of carbon captured from production of hydrogen from natural gas. The Secretary shall determine criteria for the program and establish a process for consideration of proposals. The grant program shall only be subject to the authorization of federal dollars by the Legislature.
