Section 1040.11 - [Effective 11/1/2024] Oklahoma Law on Obscenity and Child Pornography Sections 1021 through 1040.77 of this title shall be known as the "Oklahoma Law on Obscenity and Child Sexual Abuse Material" and may be referred to by that designation.
