Rule 2 - The Oklahoma Supreme Court Management Information Services, The Oklahoma Supreme Court Network, and The Oklahoma Court Information System

The Oklahoma Supreme Court Management Information Services shall be composed of specified employees under the supervision and direction of the Administrative Director of the Courts. The Oklahoma Supreme Court Management Information Services shall, under the supervision and direction of the Administrative Director of the Courts, establish, manage, operate, and maintain the Oklahoma Court Information System.

The Oklahoma Court Information System shall include the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network (O.S.C.N.) and a Wide Area Network including all District Courts and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Court Information System shall include a case-tracking system for District Courts and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma.
