Section 5-63.5 - Statewide basis - Eligible votersA. Subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the designated nonprofit commodity organization shall conduct the referendum on a statewide basis.B. A producer of the agricultural commodity is eligible to vote in the election and referendum if the producer would be required under the referendum to pay the state assessment.Okla.
