Section 5-106 - PenaltiesA. A person convicted of any of the offenses defined in subsections A and B of Section 3 of this act shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed three (3) years, or both.B.
