Section 3-406.1 - [Effective 11/1/2024] Processing as Cannabidiol

An industrial hemp licensee shall only remediate any industrial hemp legally grown pursuant to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and the United States Department of Agriculture programs at the licensee's facility. Noncompliant hemp shall not leave the facility until a compliant test is conducted by the Department or a lab approved by the Department.
