Section 441-103 - Limited cooperative association subject to amendment or repeal of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009

A limited cooperative association governed by the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009 is subject to any amendment or repeal of the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009.
