Section 505 - DefinitionsAs used in the Oklahoma Innkeeper Rights Act:
1. "Innkeeper" means: a. the owner of a lodging establishment,b. the operator of a lodging establishment,c. the manager of a lodging establishment, ord. the keeper of a lodging establishment;2. "Lodging establishment" means: d. a bed and breakfast establishment,f. a furnished apartment house, org. other building which is kept, used or advertised as, or held out to the public to be, a place where sleeping or housekeeping accommodations are supplied for pay to guests for transient occupancy; and3. "Minor" means a person under the age of eighteen (18) years.Okla. Stat. tit. 15, § 505
