Section 4-101 - Short Title

This article may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code - Bank Deposits and Collections.

Oklahoma Code Comment

Oklahoma previously had a Bank Deposits and Collection Code (former 6 O.S. §§ 118-118v and 119.1, 119.2 and 119.3) which was substantially the American Bankers Association Bank Collection Code, referred to in the Uniform Commercial Code Comment with some additional provisions. Said Comment therefore applies to the former Oklahoma provisions. All of these, except §§ 118o, 118p, 118q, and 118t were repealed by the Commercial Code.
