This article may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code - Negotiable Instruments.

Oklahoma Code Comment

Prior to introduction of the Uniform Commercial Code in 1961, Oklahoma had the Uniform Negotiable Instruments Law, which appeared at 48 O.S. § 1-406 (repealed).
