Rule 1.56 - OTHER RULES APPLICABLE TO CERTIORARI TO REVIEW CERTIFIED INTERLOCUTORY ORDER

Rules in Part I and Part II of these rules shall apply to review of certified interlocutory orders when the application of the rule is consistent with this Court's review process pursuant to 12 O.S. § 952, Subdiv. (b)3, and Rules 1.50 through 1.55 inclusive. See Rule 1.40(c).
