Rule 1.35 - FEES FOR ASSEMBLING RECORD AND TRANSCRIBING PROCEEDINGS

The fees which the clerk of the trial court shall be paid for preparing, filing and transmitting the record and the fees to which the court reporter shall be entitled for transcribing notes of testimony and proceedings and for copying any papers required by the trial court or this court to be copied shall be those which are now or subsequently may be provided by statute. The required fee for preparing and transmitting the record shall be paid by the party taking the appeal. 28 O.S. § 155.1. The costs of transcribing proceedings is governed by Rule 1.28. See Okla.Sup.Ct.R. Rule 1.28(k) for payment of record fee and transcription costs in appeals from orders and judgments in specified Oklahoma Title 10 or Title 10A proceedings.
