Section 22-102 - Proof of legal organization or ordinances - Recovery of costs and attorney feesA. If a suit is instituted by a municipality, the municipality shall not be required to post bond or to show its compliance with any of the provisions of law as to its organization or publication of ordinances unless the same is controverted by affidavit.B.
