Section 7700-506 - Payment of costs of testingA. Subject to assessment of costs under Article 6 of the Uniform Parentage Act, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be advanced by the Department of Human Services in a proceeding in which the Department is providing services.B. In cases in which the Department of Human Services is not providing services, the cost of initial genetic testing shall be advanced:1. By the individual who made the request;2. As agreed by the parties; or3. As ordered by the court.C. In cases in which the cost is advanced by the Department of Human Services, the Department may seek reimbursement from a man who is identified as the father.Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 7700-506
