Ohio Rev. Code § 715.52

Section 715.52 - Houses of ill fame

Any municipal corporation may:

(A) Suppress and restrain disorderly houses and houses of ill fame;

(B) Provide for the punishment of all lewd and lascivious behavior in the streets and other public places.
