Section 6131.10 - Viewing of premises(A) On the date established for the view of a proposed improvement, the county engineer or its designated representative shall present an overview of the proposed improvement, using methods and means that the board of county commissioners determines will adequately inform those attending the view about the proposed improvement's location and the drainage issues intended to be addressed by the proposed improvement.(B) Upon a request made by a commissioner or an owner in the area to be benefited by the proposed improvement, the board of county commissioners shall recess the view and reconvene it at a site along the proposed improvement for the purpose of gaining additional information about the drainage issues intended to be addressed by the proposed improvement.(C) If the area to be viewed is extensive, the board of commissioners may conduct the view on more than one day and may adjourn from day to day, or a longer period, until the view is completed.
