Section 5153.121 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Permitting employee sharing between department and county board(A) The board of county commissioners and the county children services board may agree to permit any employee of the department of children and youth also to perform duties for the county children services board, or to permit any employee of the county children services board also to perform duties for the department of children and youth.(B) An agreement made under division (A) of this section may require the board of county commissioners to pay a portion of the wages of any employee of the county children services board who also performs duties for the department of children and youth or require the county children services board to pay a portion of the wages of any employee of the department of children and youth who also performs duties for the county children services board.Amended by 135th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 33,§130.12, eff. 1/1/2025.Effective Date: 7/1/2000.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
