Section 5104.36 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Record for each eligible childThe licensee or administrator of a child care center, type A family child care home, or licensed type B family child care home, an in-home aide providing child care services, the director or administrator of an approved child day camp, and a border state child care provider shall keep a record for each eligible child, to be made available to the county department of job and family services or the department of job and family services on request. The record shall include all of the following:
