Section 5104.13 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Publishing state statutes and rules governing certification of type B family day-care homes

The department of children and youth shall prepare a guide describing the state statutes and rules governing the licensure of type B family care center homes. The department may publish the guide electronically or otherwise and shall do so in a manner that the guide is accessible to the public, including type B home providers.
