Section 5103.181 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Background checks(A) Prior to certification of a foster home under section 5103.03 of the Revised Code, a recommending agency shall conduct a search of the United States department of justice national sex offender public web site regarding the prospective or current foster caregiver and all persons eighteen years of age or older who reside with the prospective or current foster caregiver.
