Ohio Rev. Code § 4761.14

Section 4761.14 - Report of misconduct

An employer that disciplines or terminates the employment of a respiratory care professional or individual holding a limited permit issued under this chapter because of conduct that would be grounds for disciplinary action under section 4761.09 of the Revised Code shall, not later than sixty days after the discipline or termination, report the action to the state medical board. The report shall state the name of the respiratory care professional or individual holding the limited permit and the reason the employer took the action. If an employer fails to report to the board, the board may seek an order from the Franklin county court of common pleas, or any other court of competent jurisdiction, compelling submission of the report.
