Section 4707.09 - [Repealed]Repealed by 134th General Assembly, HB 321,§3, eff. 9/13/2022.Amended by 133rd General Assembly, HB 263,§1, eff. 10/9/2021.Effective Date: 7/1/2003; 5/6/2005 .A person that holds a valid apprentice auctioneer license issued under section 4707.09 of the Revised Code, as that section existed prior to its repeal by H.B. 321 of the 134th General Assembly, may continue to operate under the apprentice auctioneer license until an application for an auctioneer license submitted to the Department of Agriculture is approved or until twelve months after the effective date of this section has expired, whichever is earliest. The Director of Agriculture shall adopt any necessary procedures or requirements for purposes of implementing this section.
